Shadow and Knuckles were staring each other down in the rain. Shadow tried to attack Rouge but Knuckles wasn’t going to let that happen. Then Shadow jumped at Knuckles stabbing him in the back with a knife, He roared in pain and punched Shadow in the side making him fall to the ground. Blood pored on the ground. Knuckles started to charge but Shadow charged and they collided. As soon as they touched Knuckles bit Shadow in the neck savagely tarring of a bloody hunk of flesh.

“YOU FUCKING BASTARD!!” Shadow roared

He pulled out his knife and sliced Knux across the neck.

“IM GOING TO FUCKING KILL YOU” Knux roared punching Shadow across the face

Shadow sliced Knuckles’ chest open. Blood pooled out of the wound. Shadow looked Knuckles in the eyes he noticed his pupils were slit like a cat’s. Suddenly Knuckles roared and sliced Shadow with his knuckle barbs. Shadow kicked Knuckles’ chest then punched his jaw but Knuckles latched on to Shadow’s arm with his jaws. Shadow punched Knux in the face to stun him and kicked him to the ground. He jumped up and punched Shadow in the chest leaving two puncture marked imbedded in his chest. Then Shadow sliced Knuckles’ right eye with his knife. Knuckles punched Shadow across the face. Shadow pulled out his hand gun and shot Knuckles in the chest six times before teleporting away.

“Knuckie!” Rouge yelled as he fell to his knees

She wrapped her arms around his blood soaked body. Tears ran down her face as she felt him grow weaker. His eyes grew heavy, and his breaths became shorter. Rouge started to cry as he fell to the ground in a pool of his own blood. He began to wheeze he took in his last breath to say goodbye.

“............I..........l...ove......you..........” He whispered as his chest sank in.

“I love you too” She whispered back
